Focus on Quality

The initial quality of a Package Plant is the number one determinant for the life cycle of that plant. FilterBoxx manufactures top quality products that last significantly longer than competing products and have lower maintenance costs.  We operate and maintain many of the Plants we build, so we know that quality components and equipment are essential for ease of operation.

All systems are packaged as skid mounted, pre-wired, and ready to install. The mechanical and electrical systems are tested prior to shipment. This approach is guaranteed to minimize the installation costs as compared to many other packaged systems.

Skid mounting for ease of installation – FilterBoxx Packaged Water and Wastewater systems are delivered as complete and are as fully functional as shipping will allow.

Design – Within each skid, placement of field connections is critical to reduce the total installed cost. Field connections are placed in locations that minimize customer pipe runs and facilitate installation.

Testing Prior to Shipment – All equipment is pre-fitted and wet tested prior to shipment. This insures equipment problems during field installation and start up are minimized. Again, this reduces the total cost to the buyer and improves the reliability as compared to competitive equipment.

Ease of Operation – All gauges valves, pressure transmitters, flow transmitters and PLC’s as well as equipment such as pumps and blowers are carefully placed on the equipment skid to facilitate field maintenance and ease of operation.

Durable construction – Equipment skids are constructed of heavier, more durable materials allowing buildings to be moved multiple times without damage.

Quality components - Using stainless steel construction and industrial grade components, our treatment systems are designed to withstand the tough conditions found in remote locations and harsh environment work camps.
